As our Client Success Specialist, you will get to work one-on-one with founders and help senior communities thrive with the use of Soundmind’s products. In your role, you will onboard our clients, train staff and residents on our easy-to-use, game-changing products, and support them with any issues that arise.

Local travel and field work required.
Work with Sales Team to onboard new clients Customer Support
Experience using enterprise-grade software
Experience with training staff
Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Customer support software
Work with Product Team on client operational assessment and implementation
Work directly with our clients to receive feedback and ensure satisfaction
Present updates and upgrade to clients
Host workshops and events to get users excited about using our products and services
Work with client’s teams to integrate our product and services into their workflows
Handle support requests from client
Act as a “relationship” manager with current clients
Develop a process to interact with our clients on a regular basis
Work to understand, create, and manage client KPIs
Report client status to founders
Regional and domestic travel required.
Passion to serve the senior living market
Customer support experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn business management software
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Creative and Flexible
Ability to adapt to unique situations and learn quickly
Excellent time management skills
Bachelors’ Degree preferred (preferably in Communications, Business, or Science)
Experience using Amazon’s Alexa/voice enabled technology
Working with Senior Citizens
